They are very despotic and have bad customer service. At first I told them I wanted a free estimate and they said yes. Since it didn't seem fair to me what they wanted to charge me and what they were going to return to me, they got upset and told me that I had to pay for the estimate after they had already told me that it was free. "Lupe" was the person at the Eastern location. I ended up doing my taxes alone through Credit Karma and Cash app totally free and they returned me more than what Latino taxes wanted to give me. They are shady and rude. Overpriced as well. i filed my own taxes this year. Completely free and without Latino Tax Services(eastern) bad customer service and attitude Saved money without the hassle.

I had lyft earnings, one w2 and a simple stock return and they tried to charge 280$ Not recommended

Terrible service, they don't explain it to you at all, they charge 100 for a simple way and when you ask a question they laugh sarcastically, saying this lady doesn't know anything, of course I don't know that's why I pay them, so they can do it for me. Other people guide you on how it is best for you to get your money back. At Univision they gave the news of a refund for your remittances abroad of up to 500.00 and the receptionist says that is a LIE. I checked other places again and they said yes, I no longer trust this place.
