Kenji Berliner is a highly educated and experienced attorney in the field of tax law. I have had him deal with my own tax issues, plus have referred many people to him. This so called attorney is a crook. He was hired to negotiate a settlement with the IRS and got nothing resolved. I ended up settling with the IRS on my own. In addition, this crook has been garnishing my wages for a year and just filed for another garnishment against me. Please, please stay away from this guy before he tries to take everything you own am going to sue this guy for fraud and hopefully the Nevada State Bar will be investigating this guy for FRAUD...I wonder why he keeps a rotweiler in his office!!
