Only hotel&casino that closes its pool until March. Bellagio, Flamingos, Escalibur, Cosmopolitan, Caesars, Tropicana, MGM, all with open pool (I check), and this December (2023) was such a lovely warm weather and they're the only ones who wasted it. Only hotel&casino that closes its pool until March. Everyone else had it open, especially in such a warm December, and they wasted it. Their argument is that "they didn't want to hire more staff to care for her"...that's sad.

Nice hotel, always friendly staff, Im surprised that I havent rode the rollercoaster here.. next time.

Horrible check in. Reserved and paid for a room February 2cd 2023 for our 30th wedding anniversary week of November 27th 2023. Checked in at 1:30pm only to be told they didnt have any clean rooms and that I would be text when a clean room was available. Its now 7pm and still waiting on that text! Was told to take our bags to the bell hop and they would hold our luggage. The man was extremely RUDE and ignorant as he handed us our claim ticket and we walked away! He said oh thank you so much, its greatly appreciated! Im guessing because I didnt tip him? Well guess what,,, booking and paying for a room 10 months prior only to arrive and be told they didnt have a clean room was greatly appreciated as well. When I finally checked in to my room and retrieved my luggage, I didnt tip the man who retrieved my luggage either. Moving forward, I will NOT tip anyone at New York New York for anything! Its ridiculous that no room was ready and I feel its a scam to have your bags put in storage until your room is ready and everyone has their hand out for tips! This is a 30th wedding anniversary vacation,,, not a welfare program for me to support all the employees at New York New York and give them tips for doing nothing! My room should have been ready and there is no excuse when you not only book but pay for a room 10 months prior! Giving them 1 star is rewarding them for incompetence, rudeness and ignorance! We wont be staying here again EVER! BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
