Prime USA Scales

I appreciate their continued effort to make sure Im satisfied.I believe my experience is just a one off, however it shouldnt go unnoticed. Ive had nothing but issues since the arrival of my pallet jack. When it arrived, the front wheel was through the top of the fork. I had to beat it back in place. It hasnt driven right since then. The battery itself wouldnt last more than a day, they sent me a new one which required me to take the whole unit apart all the way to the circuit board to replace it. After getting everything back together, now the printer wont work. Ive been working with Fred trying to get things resolved, however he is out of ideas. Now Im left with a pallet Jack that wont work. I spent over $1,000 on this unit. Its frustrating not having a piece of equipment that works. Im also apparently out of the 30 day return policy so they wont return it.

I was very impressed with the recent service provided by Fred and his team, with regards to the purchase of a custom scale frame.
