Way Up Scales

When the customer initially reached out to purchase a NTEP scale, we immediately offered Veronica the Radwag PS.X2 and the Vibra ALE Legal-For-Trade Precision Balances. The reason we offered those models is because we have a lot of experience with customer's using their application. Veronica decided those models were too expensive $$$ and that they would prefer a "cheaper model under $300" so we offered her the only 0.01 gram NTEP Scale in the market. Couple days went by and Veronica wanted to return the scale so we gave them the option to return the scale for a full refund to which they declined. We did everything we could to satisfy the customer's needs and as you can see they refused to work with us.
