Fast and efficient!!! Within a couple days of having Mikes help I saw 6 places. Applied for the first one and got approved! So within a week I found someone close to my job, within my price range and with the amenities I was looking for. Definitely recommend Mike!

Mike was really attentive with helping my boyfriend and me find an apartment, he not only helped us stay in our budget but also made sure the place we moved into would meet our needs. He was able to recognize our taste and even point out things we might not like in the long run. Things I did not even notice myself for this reason in particular I definitely see myself going back to him for help when our lease ends or even if we decide to purchase in the future! In addition Id like to add that he also managed to help us find something within the month we started looking which was a total plus!

My wife and I listed our home in Southern California before the end of January this year, with the intent to move to the Las Vegas area after it was sold and recorded. Our plan was to purchase a manufactured home, and Mike was recommended to us by our daughter-in-law. We met Mike in early February, and he immediately went to work, finding and showing us properties that met our requirements. Mike was extremely energetic and detail oriented, and during the times when we had to be in California, when our son and his wife had to be our eyes, he sent us photos and videos of the walk-throughs he took with them. We appreciated his calm manner, when one offer was rejected, and he found a similar property, for which our offer was accepted. Mike was our advocate, for dealing with the necessary pre-closing details, such as the property inspection, and business with the Homeowners Association, and was totally on top of providing us with the necessary paperwork, as well as the instructions for their completion. Mike was unflappable, when the sellers realtor dragged his heels, at the very end of the closing process, and it was largely through his efforts that we moved into our new home on March first, only a few days after the sale of our California home had been recorded. My wife and I have been very fortunate in our move to Las Vegas, by having the services of two wonderful professionals, who we consider as friends: our realtor in California, and Mike. I would enthusiastically and without reservation, recommend his services as a realtor to any family member, friend, or business associate.

Absolute pleasure to work with. Mike will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. He even helped me clean up my house prior to the sale! And when I purchased a home, he came over and painted it for me!
