Kevin Dultz was very professional and made himself available every step of the way. The house we really liked was "pending" but we looked at it anyway, as Kevin suggested "to see what that kind of money should get us". I knew that was the place when we pulled up. When we left the property, Kevin suggested that I put in a back-up offer because as Kevin put it, "you never know what could happen until it officially closes - I have seen stranger things". Well, the house fell through the day before closing. I would honestly say, because of Kevins continuous follow up and communication with the listing agent, she called him right away to see if we were still interested, and we were closed in under 3 weeks. Anyone I know looking for a real-estate agent I am throwing Kevins name out there without hesitation.

I just bought my new home in Las Vegas with Josh A. ! Of all the real estate agents I have worked with, Josh is certainly the best. He is energetic and attentive while working with me, and very skillful while negotiating with the seller side. In my case, the seller had some unusual situations and was outside the country, making some processes troublesome. However, Josh and his assistant helped me arrange everything smoothly and perfectly. I am pretty sure his team had hundreds of follow up calls with the seller and title companies to sort things out and to negotiate for seller concessions whenever he could. How many real estate agents in this world would go to such lengths to help their buyers? Josh exceeded my expectations. My next home transaction has to be done with him. I would look no further to seek anyone else.
