        Rafaella did an exceptional job through the whole process. She excelled at coordinating all of the repairs and small details before closing so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Her knowledge of the market and sales strategies was very impressive, but more so was how much she truly cared about me and guiding me through the sale. I would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

      Hi Millicent, I am truly sorry that you had a poor experience with any Real Estate company. Most are simply trying to get in touch to find out what your goals are and help you on your journey. You had submitted for more information on a property and we continue to reach out from time to time to see if your goals have changed. Our records show 1 live call in January and a 1 text yesterday. I am sorry if this upset you, we were trying to help. To be clear, your response with vulgar language is what is inappropriate and we have since updated your information to Do Not Call, and we wish you well in your endeavors.
