Shelley was an absolute life-saver. We had been in the process of looking for a home with another realtor for almost a year with no luck. We decided to switch companies and were referred to platinum by a friend. Shelley is amazing! We are first time homebuyers and she really took the time to get to know us and our wants/needs. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and worked with our schedules on touring homes. We were able to find an amazing starter home in about a month that was exactly what we were looking for! I cannot compliment her enough for her dedication to her clients. She truly makes you feel heard and I am happy that not only did we get a home but we also got a friend. I highly recommend her and will continue to do so! Let’s start by saying i was 8 in a half month pregnant… we had to move out of our home we were renting for 5 years ( we only had 4 weeks to look and find a home) Of course my thoughts were everywhere. I was Desperate i went Through so many agents before I was introduce to SHELLEY . Shelley Shelley Shelley … she is absolutely professional, responsive, committed, sweet and over all sooo kind. she literally will go above and beyond for her clients. From day and night 24/7. She even went out of her way to call every property managers to see if there was any applications in for the homes etc. She definitely made this 8 months pregnant client of hers calm and relax. I trusted her so much.. we WILL definitely be buying a house/ or searching for a home with her !!!! I recommend her to a few of my family and friends already and they just love her.
