        This company recently contacted my work to retrieve some documents for them which we did and now they are bartering cost and refusing to pay us saying we did not complete the service as directed except we completed service by 11am and they wanted done by 1pm. This is now the 2nd time this company has done this to us. How would you like it if your customers were haggling the cost of the work you do, basically only asking to only pay $40 then $20 and then not paying at all.
