In 2021, we rented a property listed by Doris. After staying there for a year, we moved out leaving the property clean and undamaged. However, when we requested our security deposit back, her management company deducted $1,935 without providing any documentation or evidence to support these deductions. We have been waiting for the return of our funds for 3 months, but Doris continues to ignore our requests. We advise anyone considering dealing with her company, One Stop Realty, to exercise caution.

Awful, completely corrupt company that will steal your security deposit and charge insane fees for everything they possibly can!! Unresponsive and completely disorganized. Unhelpful & they simply do not care about their tenants in any way. Any natural wear & tear on the house? Guess whos paying for it? YOU. Stay away unless you want to be ripped off!! I made a huge mistake renting from them! Im now out thousands of dollars!!

Watch out for these scamming clowns! They'll be very attentive until you sign the rental agreement, then they're about as useless as a concrete parachute. Getting ahold of Vivian is like trying to talk to a live person at the IRS. Actually, IRS might be easier...They sound irritated whenever you can actually get through to someone with an issue, like you're a nuisance and interrupting their very important scamming operation.They stole of 2/3 of our deposit, about $2000. I have pictures and videos of the property before and after we moved in/out and they still wouldn't provide proof of these so called "damages" they charged us for. The itemized list said "damages and repairs - $1165". Thanks for the "itemized" list OneStop! The house was left in better condition than when we moved in and when confronted with a dispute, they just completely ignored our requests. They're "too busy" to talk on the phone and ask to send emails, to which they will never respond if it doesn't benefit them in any way.We're filing complaints with the NV Real Estate Division and BBB. I don't understand how a company (if you can even call it that) can get away with theft...Stay away if you enjoy your sanity and money!Edit:  This is in Las Vegas btw.  Not sure why it says San Fran.

Terrible experience renting from these people, absolutely do not recommend unless you are desperate.
