I would give negative if there was this option. The business should shut down. POOREST real estate agent ever got and would use all kinds of trick to deceive you, and not willing to cancel the registration even if they failed to provide basic real estate services. Do not use their service or you will regret. We were trying to buy a new home, this Real estate agent FAILED to inform us regarding lot releases even after we explicitly instructed her. It's like she just persuaded customer to go to home site to register name with her and her job is done, and will get the commission if a house is purchased. She also Partnered with the Sales agent at the new home site, trying to trick more money under the table to get the customer who were willing to pay additional off the record the home lots they want. Very very unprofessional and disappointing, she also used Aggressive and Threatening language to get you purchase a house cause she is taking the advantage of housing demands due to pandemic time. AND THAT'S ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU LOSE YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND HUMANITY? Then I asked this company to terminate the partnership with this agent. However I received NO RESPONSE from the company but received text messages from the agent SCOLDING ME AND MY FAMILY, and saying that she would not cancel her registration with us at that home builder.
