I do not work on Sundays and after being with this company making them money for them providing pretty much nothing in return for years... I was asked to leave the company because I don't answer my phone on Sundays. ;) Company is an absolute joke.

My husband and I used Karen Briot to purchase a home in Sun City from out of state. She exceeded our expectations throughout the entire buying process and her knowledge of the local market was extremely helpful. We found Karen to be professional, patient and an excellent communicator. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is quick to respond to all questions/needs. We look forward to using Karen for all of our real estate endeavors in the future and cant recommend her enough!

I'd give it 0 stars if I could, for no response for a rental application. They have the resources for a half hour turnaround, but it's been over a week and I just wasted $225 application fee... sigh. I'm unsure how many people can just throw $$$ at application fees. I know I can't and their realtor agency of Americana seems to be very shady and disreputable. Loss of trust, loss of faith... how can anyone believe in either entity???

I want to say that both Jon L. Copeland and my Realtor Ken Baldwin are so awesome they help me and my wife get our first ever house and the fact that they both made this veteran a very happy man cause they made a dream come true for me and my wife especially for us cause I thought this would never happen in my life time but with both Jon and Ken help that dream came to reality and I thank them from the bottom of my heart you guys made this happen again thanks and god bless. I highly recommend Jon and his awesome staff they do awesome work for us veterans
