What do you do if you want to sell your property in THIS market? You call Jeff Howard! Investment property was in contract in 14 days despite multiple other properties in the market that have been for sale for a much longer time. Buyer did not request for any other contingencies and the process was smoother than I expected. There was no going back and forth and we also closed at least a week earlier than planned! He made it happen and stress was minimal. THANK YOU JEFF!

If you're looking for someone to hold your hand and guide you from steps A to Z, then Jeff is the one you need to call. I have met a lot of realtors and Jeff stood out the most to me because he works relentlessly hard and makes sure he does right by you. Sure, Jeff is a realtor and he earns his commission and does the things that every realtor does but Jeff does so much more than just the bare absolute minimum that I have commonly came across throughout my experiences. Jeff looks out for YOU. He makes sure all of the t's are crossed and the i' are dotted and then some. His network is so vast and filled with really quality people that Jeff himself has vetted. From movers to handyman, he knows all of the right people. If you're looking for a property in the Ridgebrook neighborhood of Las Vegas then Jeff is the expert guru. He knows all things Ridgebrook from the inside and out. Jeff has really became a friend throughout the process for me personally. He has helped me find a place to rent when I really needed to rent a place fast. He has helped me find some really beautiful properties that I am beyond thrilled with. What I really enjoy the most working with Jeff is his promptness and reliability. Jeff always gets back to all of my calls, emails and text messages and believe me there were many of them. He is a genuine happy and sincere guy who loves real estate. This man truly loves what he does for a living and it shows. Jeff has seen me go through some really tough times and good times. Jeff never abandoned me when things got tough. His outlook on the industry and the processes itself is very assuring. Jeff never took advantage of me and made sure I was treated right. Jeff truly had my back through all the stages of buying and renting property. In addition to real estate, he is an awesome teacher. His books are easy to understand and follow and has made me more comfortable in the real estate realm. Jeff told me about DSCR loans which are absolutely amazing which game me the ability to purchase my first property and offered me the flexibility I needed to buy more. Jeff is on top of it and his head is always in the game. He knows what's going on in the industry and he will update you on new information that could help you like he did with me in regards to the DSCR loans. When buying property, especially your first property, it is so easy to eat more than you can chew, your eyes really are bigger than your stomach. There were times where I was a bit outrageous but Jeff kept me grounded and made me realize the bigger picture in investing in properties and making sure that I didn't overextend myself and he gave me some really sound advice that I know can only come from a person who is looking out for my best interest and I'm fully confident that Jeff will also give you the same consideration like he did me. What I like the most about Jeff is that he didn't drop me after the first sale he kept in touch and made sure things are good and he has really excelled in service. I will never forget after my first purchase, Jeff brought champagne to celebrate. Personally I don't drink alcohol but he also brought sparkling cider and sparkling water. Due to health issues, I can't consume Apple products but having the sparkling water there to celebrate was really the magic touch. That toast really made my day and signing that more special. Thank you for everything you do Jeff from the bottom of my heart. I can't thank you enough and I'm really thankful and lucky to have met you and have you as my real estate guy. Jeff is awesome.
