I currently reside at The Olive Apartments at 2300 Olive St. in Las Vegas, and it's a place that, despite its initial challenges, manages to carve out a unique charm. While the neighborhood might not boast the best reputation, The Olive Apartments exudes a "little engine that could" vibe that's a testament to resilience; transforming initial horrid impressions into a somewhat endearing atmosphere. Special kudos to the on-site manager, Lisa, who navigates the challenges with commendable grace. Her efforts contribute to a sense of decency that emerges amidst the odds. Keep in mind the location's context, but if you're seeking a place with character and a touch of unexpected charm, The Olive Apartments might surprise you.

These properties are bug infested and roach infested. I've been living in a bug bed infested apartment since January this year. They don't hire professionals to treat the apartments.
