We first began working with Eric in 2012, when my wife and I decided to purchase a Winter home in Henderson to be near our son and his family. We had worked with other realtors without much success; poor communications, unanswered phone calls, limited listings, etc. Apparently our budget didn't warrant their attention. Eric was recommended to us, and the differnce was immediate. We became "important" clients & through his efforts found a property during our two week visit. We plan to upgrade this Summer and Eric will again be our "go to" guy.

We worked with Eric on a Vegas investment property back in 2011 via a recommendation from a friend. Eric was professional, knowledgeable and not pushy when it came to identifying properties, showing us candidates and eventually successfully bidding on home.
