I owned a high-rise luxury condo in Vegas and permanently live 1300 miles away. A buyer who wanted to save on the Realtors fee approached me to buy my place and I knew better to have an expert involved to handle my side of the deal. Lauren Stark was that obvious expert with her vast knowledge and experience in the Las Vegas market. Due to my absentee situation, I had to rely on a trusted professional to advise and guide me through the entire complex process. Working with LaurenStark was like having a business parter, marketer, researcher, and guardian angel on my team to successfully complete the transaction. I cannot imagine theres a better Realtor to work with in the Las Vegas Metro area. Lauren was awesome to work with. We lived in Washington State and had little ability to be in Las Vegas to find a home. Lauren was very responsive by text, phone, email and on OneHome. I can't imagine working with a better agent. Her knowledge and vision helped us find a great house. Often it felt like she was only working with us. Lauren was never too busy to quickly answer questions or speak on the phone. I would recommend Lauren and her team to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Las Vegas area. She is the best.

We worked with The Stark Team when we purchased our Vegas high rise property in 2013 and again when we sold it in 2020. They did an awesome job both times. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase in Las Vegas.
