Kiersten is an amazing realtor to work with! Highly Recommend!!! A friend recommended Kiersten and we are so glad we contacted her. We were moving across the country to Las Vegas, so we were very limited on in-person time. As soon as we talked to her, she set up an MLS search for us so we could see what the homes were like and called us a few days later to answer all the questions we came up with and go over the home buying process. She was so patient with us as we learned about the area and where would be the best fit for our family. We could only visit the area for less than a week to see houses, and Kiersten devoted that whole time to us. We looked all around the valley and she gave us the pros and cons of each area. As she learned what we liked and didn't like in houses, she would point those out, as well as things we didn't think to look for (like separate upstairs/downstairs A/C, insulation in garages, water softeners, etc). We also LOVED that she would give us her honest evaluation if something was listed too high/low, how quickly we would need to put in an offer on the ones we liked, and what we should realistically expect in a seller's market. Kiersten worked tirelessly to put together the offers we wanted to make with the quick turnarounds required. We were ecstatic when our first choice accepted our offer! Even though we had to do the rest of the process remotely, Kiersten was in constant contact with us so we knew what we needed to do and when, and what to expect in the coming weeks. She was firm with seller's agent on things that were important to us and ensured the negotiations were fair. She went to the inspections for us, and did the final walkthrough for us with tons of pictures (she offered to video call, but we were unable to). As soon as we got into town, she met us at the house to give us the keys and show us everything. It was wonderful. We would absolutely use Kiersten again. Her knowledge of the area and the real estate market/processes, and her ability to negotiate and communicate were incredible. We really appreciate her and all of her help in finding our home!!

We bought our house with Kierstens help, new to the city. When we needed to sell a few years later we new we could count on her personalized attention to details and our needs as well as her expertise to make the process as painless and as profitable as possible!!! And we were not disappointed!! We could not ask for a better experience! No need to search further, just make the call!!

Kiersten is the absolutely greatest at what she does, she guided us through challenging situations while selling our home let alone through a pandemic....She is always 10 steps ahead of everything and everyone and she has made everything so easy for us. We began working with Kiersten a little less than a year before we planned to relocate to Las Vegas. During this time, we were unsure of which area we wanted to focus our search and which schools we wanted to send our kids to. Kiersten was very professional, very patient, very responsive, and made sure that we were explored all possible options before making our decision. She was incredibly resourceful when it came to neighborhoods, parks, schools, commutes- everything we needed to know!! The buying process was smooth and seamless, even during a pandemic!!! "Wow- just wow am I impressed with Kiersten! I have a great friend in the USAF who got orders to Nellis AFB and was eager to buy his first home.
