Carlynn is the best realtor in all of Vegas! Not only did she help us find the perfect rental when we moved from out of state, but she continues to help us as we purchase our first home! She has been incredibly patient with us, walking through all the steps of purchasing a first home, and helped us navigate the tough market. She was prompt, professional, took the time to get to know us and our needs, and landed us our dream home in a new build that we could not be happier with! We won't ever use another Realtor here in the Las Vegas area!

I can't recommend Carlynn enough. It was her experience with lenders and the area that sped up our purchase by months. Her willingness to help was genuine. She pays attention to detail.
