Darrien Broadnax | Local Luxury at Local Realty

It's taken me forever to write this review because I wanted to make sure I did it thoughtfully. Darrien was more than a real estate agent to us, he became a friend. He was someone we trusted to help us in making the biggest investment of our lives to date. He was patient, professional, always on time, and listened to all of our needs without judgement and without pressing us to compromise on things that were important to us. As minorities, we had lots of concerns about the communities we were looking at, feeling safe and comfortable in those areas, and thinking about our future here with our children. He understood and always made us feel heard. He also offered more than just his professionalism when we were under contract for a house that we had to back out of- he offered integrity and compassion. I can't recommend Darrien enough if you are in need of someone who is not just a real estate agent but who will look out for the needs of your family with care and thoughtfulness. If you're looking for someone to help you find your first home or your forever home, you will get everything you are looking for and then some with this guy. A good dude through and through.

Darrien was a tremendous help with my purchasing a home from out of state. I was in PA, so communication was key. After taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, he had properties lined up for me during the one week I was to be in town to view homes. With this, I was able to make offers even before coming and and in the end, finding the perfect home. You will not be disappointed going with Darrien

This is not a bias review. I was doubtful shopping online without person to person connection. But Darrien handled my SIP experience like a dream. He was relatable, trustworthy, and confide to my needs. I enjoy this SIP experience with the right professional like him.
