I really enjoyed working with Yvonne Hunter when looking for my first home in Las Vegas. Yvonne is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in the Nevada home buying/selling market. She is well connected and very gracious to share all her expertise, her connections and her time. Though this was not my first time purchasing a home, I really relied on Yvonne for her excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills. Yvonne is a gem! She facilitated the sale of my condo and led me to my dream home within a few short months. I had no clue what I was doing, and Yvonne patiently guided me through every step.She's a perfect 10 in my book. I benefited from Yvonne's keen understanding of the Las Vegas housing market. Yvonne performed a bunch of research and provided me with all sorts of useful info before we listed the condo. She arranged a professional photo shoot and had some fantastic suggestions for how to present the property in the best light. I received 4 solid offers during the first weekend it was on the market. The condo sold for thousands of dollars above the listing price and netted a profit that far exceeded my expectations. Yvonne then helped me turn the profit into a down payment for a house that was perfectly suited for my family. We were competing in a tight market, and Yvonne's diligence made all the difference. She discovered a home that was fresh on the market and went out of her way to show it to us. It was love at first sight. Yvonne negotiated a fair deal that allowed us to stay within our budget, and we even had some extra cash to use for upgrades and new furniture. Buying and selling homes can be stressful as hell. I'm just grateful that Yvonne was there to make it a smooth and successful process.
