I have put off this review because I want to make sure to do Steve justice. I cant express enough how amazed I am at how knowledgeable and hardworking he is, yet humble, kind and generous. He is truthful and to the point, not wanting to waste anyone's time...very refreshing!!! He has built an excellent team that is very astute about the real estate and rental market in Las Vegas, taking into consideration so many variables that others in the field ignore. He takes the time to explain his decisions to build a great long term relationship with his clients and give them the peace of mind to trust him with their homes and investments. I have already done 2 deals with Steve and his team, and look forward to many more years of a great working relationship!

We were out of state purchasers and Steve worked around our visits to find us our home. When our daughter and son-in-law wanted to move here, I immediately referred them to Steve. Steve would not only tell us the good points of a home, but also the weak points. Since we weren't familiar with the area and the builders, his advice was invaluable.

We live out of state and Steve made the whole process very easy. He took great care in preparing the property before putting it on the market. There was absolutely no hassle with any of the paperwork or anything at all really which was very important to us not being able to be there. Steve has been involved in the real estate business for many years and is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Steve is hugely knowledgeable about the Vegas market, honest and generous with his time. Buying from overseas, he helped me to make a confident and assured decision, and the investment now speaks for itself. Legend.
