Whether you were out of town or not, rent was unpaid and outstanding for several weeks. The notice was posted on June 8th for rent due on June 1st and despite emailing and calling you several time, you failed to make any payments. The eviction was complete on July 7th, almost a month later. So I'm not sure how you were expecting a management company or an owner to allow tenants to remain in a property for over a month with no communication from the tenant and no payment and use an excuse of being out of town.As you know, Vibrant Realty offers multiple payment options for instances such as yours, for when tenants are out of town. Rent payments can be made online at any time as well as with cash at several locations nationwide. You were called several times as well as emailed and we did not receive a response until after the eviction was finalized.In fact, you were fully evicted the previous month in May, however the owner was generous enough to allow you to make a very late payment and continue with your lease. The same scenario happened the following month in June, only this time you failed to pay your past due rent balance and the Constable legally complete your lockout. As a property management company we must enforce the lease agreement. Please reach out to our office to make payment arrangements and remove the undeserved 1 star rating from Google.
