She has years of experience and was professional and available through the entire transaction, as well as after closing. I would not use anyone else, Ive recommended her to several friends and family members.

I do NOT recommend! I wish I would have googled & read the previous review before deciding to work with Terri. I wouldve chosen differently & I suggest you do the same. Many tears were shed from working with her.

Terri Robinson is amazing. She has helped me find numerous homes over the years and all of my experiences with her have been wonderful. Any questions Ive had she answered right away and she always kept me up to date with any and all new listings that fit my criteria. I recommend her to everyone I know that is looking to find a home or sell theirs.

Terri was the seller's agent for the home we just purchased. She advertises herself as a 'military relocation specialist'. We are a military family who purchased our home prior to arriving from overseas, only to discover that she incorrectly listed features of the home, which we discovered upon arriving did not exist. Although she admitted it was her mistake on the listing, she flatly refused to reconcile, which would cost no more than a few hundred dollars to fix. We bought a 400k house from her, so we expected at least some professional courtesy. She's done this knowing that we were not here to view the home in person, and is aware that the seller that she represented sold us a poorly remodeled house that resulted in extensive water damage, requiring half the living room and master closet to be torn out, less than two weeks after closing, along with a slew of other issues that we are still dealing with. Two of my family members are realtors, and they're both appalled at this agent's business practices. Steer clear!
