Davin recently helped me purchase my first investment property. Davin understands this business inside out, and went out of his way to help me through the process and take the stress out it. Finding a professional in any field who is willing to consider the client's needs and goals first is always a challenge but I honestly feel Davin is just such a person. I know I can trust his advice and guidance as I make my own choices. I would recommend him to anyone looking for their next home, be it an investment or a primary residence. I know we will do business again in the future

Davin Sundvick is hands down THE BEST Realtor / Broker-Owner, anyone could ever hope for. He went above and beyond - before, during, and after the sale of my condos. He anticipated future needs and met them with a smile on his face. His professionalism, expertise, honesty, integrity, dedication and excellent interpersonal skills, makes him the ideal agent to represent you and your best interests, whether youre a first time homebuyer or an experienced investor. Real Estate transactions arent just business deals to Davin, they are his true passion, and it shows in the attention he gives to every detail throughout the process. He is one of the most intelligent agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I have sold 7 properties to date (Im also not one to write reviews unless they are well deserved, as I am not easily impressed.) Davin doesnt just think outside of the box, I truly dont believe he has ever even seen the box !! What I appreciate most about Davin, is his sincere belief that every problem has multiple solutions to it, and his determination to find them for you. Davin is not only a great real estate agent/broker, but an excellent source of financial information. He loves helping people build their wealth through investment properties and he makes quality relationships with his clients. Davin helped me to understand my finances better and hes helped many people who are just like me, who are looking for their first home, find the right fit for them. He works hard to make his clients happy and I think thats a really remarkable quality. I enjoyed spending time with him and going over my goals with him. He is very professional, but he is also a very fun and down to earth person. His extensive knowledge of the real estate market and investment properties really impressed me. I was very happy to have gotten the chance to work with him and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who understands the local neighborhood and what people are looking for in their first time property investment.
