I enjoyed working with Jacqui immensely! She is very knowledgeable about the Spokane area, she is friendly, goes out of her way to help and is easy to communicate with. I am enthusiastically recommending her to any friends looking to purchase or sell a home. When I choose to buy again, I will definitely be contacting Jacqui and Century 21!

I definitely recommend Bryan. Working with Bryan was a great Real Estate experience. He's super friendly and personable, listened well to my needs or concerns, knows his business. To complicate things I was out of the area I was purchasing in. With Bryan on my side, I was able to see and view the property's in detail and in a timely manner and get some really good feed back. Returning calls, emails was excellent. I feel Bryan went the extra mile to provide help, information and getting it all to come together in such a short time and get me the home I love! Thanks Bryan!

I was recommended to Jaqui and Brian Short by a friend. From the get go they were true professionals. I had all the information necessary to move forward on the sale of my house. From start to finish "I was the customer" I was in the loop, with feedback and contact all the time. Any queries were answered immediately.. And I am not joking when I say immediately! Emails calls and texts were always replied to. As we all know selling a home can be an emotional and some what harrowing experience. Jaqui was always there, positive upbeat and working for me. A very refreshing experience. I would recommend her in a heart beat. My house sold in less than a month and then closed because Jaqui was my realtor.. I have no doubt about that. Cathy Peddie
