Working with and getting to know Ashley has been such an incredibly positive experience I dont even know where to begin! She was the best asset I couldve possibly had by my side while buying my first home. From day 1 of starting to process, to getting prequalified, looking at several new houses, and then finally getting our incredible offer accepted under asking on the dream house, Ashley handled everything perfectly and helped explain a lot of the processes going on that I wasnt familiar with. Not only did she get our killer offer accepted, but she was also there with me from every appointment and inspection right up until closing day. She listened to me and truly had my best interests at heart and got me my DREAM HOME which I never thought would be in the realm of possible! 11/10

Ashley is simply amazing. If youve never met or worked with her before you wouldnt know that she is one of the most genuine souls out there. She is kind, charismatic, and extremely easy to talk to. Her wonderful personality is only exceeded by her extensive expertise in real estate. After our first phone call I knew I was in the right hands I only know how to live in a house, not how to buy one. But for Ashley, this was enough. She took my vague notion of what I wanted, paired it with my general budget, then answered questions I didnt know I had. In short order we had made offers on properties I had only dreamed of. Ashley is not only a top-notch agent, but she is also a paragon of ethics. Rather than push me to close on the first offer accepted, she counseled patience and guidance when the inspection came back less than stellar. She gave me her honest opinion and let me decide on what I wanted to do - she could have easily tried to take the fast commission and ran; I shouldnt have to tell you how rare that is in any industry. Fortunately for me, I trusted her opinion and ended up closing on my first choice a scant week later! Tldr: Ashley is AWESOME choosing Ashley = win, not choosing Ashley = I dont know what happens, everyone I know likes to win and chooses Ashley!

Ashley is an incredible Realtor: she's knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and relatable! It's rare to find someone in sales who is great at their job and also cares about their clients so much. I recommend Ashley to my friends often as an amazing Realtor and real estate expert!

Ashley was amazing and crucial to us getting the home we wanted. Her knowledge of the market and insight helped us make an offer over asking and get the house we wanted, and even better the house appraised for what we offered! Ashley knew based on the features of the property and comps in the area that we were still getting a good deal even going over asking price. So thankful she was our realtor, dont think we end up with the house we wanted without her!
