Absolutely amazing team! Oganes (John) was our realtor, he was so thorough and knowledgeable. This was our first home buying process and having him there to walk us through the whole process was amazing! When we were looking, he was really good about letting us give our assessment of the house and then he would give his two cents on pluses and negatives, but it never felt like he was just trying to sell us. It was always very non-biased commentary with his professional opinion. Then when we settled on the house we wanted, he negotiated a great price and got us a lot towards closing plus kept the sellers' agents and escrow on task often working late at night or early mornings. When we closed, he even showed up with a bottle of champagne for us with the keys! Thanks to Oganes we closed early and love our new home! After the process was completed, we wanted to do some painting and flooring and he recommended great contractors at affordable prices to get that work done too!
