I would recommend choosing Jansen Taylor for your real estate agent. We contacted Jansen and told him the price range and the areas we were interested in buying. Before we looked at anything, he suggested mortgage companies that he liked working with so we could contact them. Jansen sent us new listing that stayed in our price range and the areas we had asked for. After he took us to look at a few homes, he knew what we were specifically looking for. His experience really showed when he showed us more houses exactly the type we were looking for. He went out of his way to show us houses on our time, even if he had other plans. Ive worked with Jansen Taylor on two different occasions an excellent agent. He helped us find and purchase our condo in Las Vegas with ease. He was always available to answer our questions. Years later, he listed our place in April and we were on contract a week later, at asking price. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended! Its like having a friend on the inside that is working for you.

Jansen was a pleasure to work with while selling my house. I was on a strict timetable due to a relocation with work. I reached out to Jansen and a couple days later we had everything on the market and the waiting game began. With Covid-19 and Las Vegas being a hard hit location, people were not flooding in, so it took some time. After various changes and multiple headaches with Tesla Solar Team(They were impossible to get information to and from). We were able to get the ball rolling and, I was able to stick to my timetable exactly on the day. Jansen gave his expert advice on and let me make the choices from there. I didn't feel like I had to cave to a buyer or due to my daftness on the subject of Realty increase/decrease the listing. If I were to be in Vegas again, I would ask Jansen to be my realtor again for sure. And you should too!
