We wanted to move to a bigger house with a pool, so of course we needed a realtor. A commercial real estate agent friend of ours recommended Greg Benner with Berkshire Hathaway. We are so glad she did. Greg helped us navigate the ins and outs of selling one house and buying another. He set us up with a company Berkshire Hathaway has which bought our existing house from us, and let us stay in it, so we would have the funds necessary to make a cash offer on the pool house we wanted. Ive never heard of that before. They showed us how easy it would be and how it was a less expensive option than taking out a mortgage on the home we wanted to buy. It gave us the ability to make a cash offer on the pool home and win the bid. Greg changed our lives for the better with this move. What else about Greg? The first thing you realize about Greg is his professionalism, and once you get a feel for him you understand this guy knows what hes talking about. We wouldnt use another agent, ever, going forward. As a co-worker, I find Greg to be very patient, helpful, he's an active listener when conversing. I find him approachable and whenever I have questions he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. It's a pleasure to work with Greg.
