This is the worst realty company I have ever dealt with. We agreed to a one year term with the leasing agent Inna and she agreed via text message. She stated shell put the contract together and send it to us. She never did. 2 months later she messaged us saying the landlord wants to sell the house. It completely caught us off guard. We thought we were staying for one whole year. Inna never communicated with us and out of the blue we have to start looking for a house cause they are giving us a 30 days notice. We were such great tenants and always paid on time. Mind you we were already at the property for 2 years. Eventually we bought a house within 21 days but the amount of stress that was put on us in that month (August 2022) I wouldnt wish on anyone. Inna from American Renaissance was very unprofessional and non communicative. She decided to put us on a month to month lease without letting us know after a one year lease was agreed upon. Then they have the nerve to tell us that they got a house similar that they can help us get into. After all that, we do not want any assistance from American Renaissance. Awful company! Now my girlfriend and I are happy in our new home but that was the worst experiences I ever had renting in Vegas.
