Fantastic experience with Travis from even before First and Sold, we were looking at a market with very short supply, life got in the way and we had to pause the search twice. Completely understanding of the issue, First and Sold continued to work with us and even had a great new buy before selling program to help ease the mid school year and starting a new job at home move. Travis was also great about spitballing ideas on how to finance, structure the purchase, and advice on the sale, all of which were incredibly helpful for us. Enjoyed the process, my wife and I loved browsing with him, was a fun time almost every weekend (especially when I picked real stinker houses), and am really happy with the new home and the price and process for selling the old house.
