Aaron was more than we expected in a real estate agent. He communicated with us daily and he was well researched on the areas and properties we wanted to look at as well as choosing similar locations. We ended up picking a house that he found based on feel from our criteria and inputs. And welove it! Our transaction was rather unique with the owner out of state and the listing agent in another country. Aaron took control of the transaction to make sure all items on the home inspection were completed, all deadlines were met, and everyone else involved with the transaction was on the same page. It seemed seamless from the get go. And we came into the property with instant equity as the appraisal was over our sales price! Just call him, youll know right away hes the right guy.
