Brad D. Smothermon listing agent for 2 sugarberry lane Las Vegas Nv 89135 Owner Lilla Krifaton, have now have threaten me upon request of security deposit. Brad decided to inform me Lilla connections which he politely said I didnt want the recourse.. I rented this property for a 18 months and from day one it has been nothing but a headache. We werent allowed full access to the house besides stuff left everywhere, when we requested for the one downstairs closet to be opened we found it stuffed to the ceiling besides the gun inside. I have middle school kids and we dont keep anything like that in the house. Anytime we requested for something to be fixed just got the run around. I would stay away from Brad and Lilla if you value your sanity now its radio silence and have to get my lawyers involved to just get my deposit! Beware!!
