We have worked with Ethan over the years on various projects. He's always been extremely professional, reliable and honest. However, this past year we had him help us sell our home and buy what we hope to be our "forever home". He was so great to work with. We were out of town during a lot of the process and were stressed about how it was going to all play out. He completely 100% took all of that stress away from us. He was confident we would get the top asking price for our home, and actually got us more! After the closing of our new home, he said to me something to the effect of how lucky we were to make it through some of the big obstacles and "wrenches" that were thrown our way. I told him, he did an amazing job because I NEVER felt the effects of those obstacles or "wrenches"... In fact I kinda didn't even know which ones he was referring to. He was just so hands on an took care of every last detail for us.
