Usually I find myself leaving reviews when Im either very dissatisfied or extremely pleased with a service. Fortunately this is the later. Being in real estate myself I have extremely high expectations from agents and am admittedly not the easiest to please. I am rather impressed at the level of commitment and professionalism from William Brauner on my latest transaction. His approach with buyers, his relentless follow thru and even suggestions on staging and improvements made a fairly difficult property move at a record setting number in a challenging market. The biggest complement one can get in this business is a referral, so with my full endorsement here is my seal of approval to William and his team at Luxury Homes of Las Vegas.

My husband and I moved to Las Vegas in July 2022 after my husband started his new job out here. We were referred to William by a family friend. Thanks Jimmy! William was extremely professional and organized with our home search. They had a full day of appointments scheduled with a full size color booklet with information on each listing and a map of the area. Very helpful when you are new to Las Vegas. We told William what a price range was, what area we wanted to be in and what we were looking for in a house. He delivered multiple homes and protected me from myself. I was ready to put an offer in and he would point out if something was missing, not quite right or not good for resale, etc. William is a very knowledgeable real estate agent that works very hard.
