Melania Sandra is the best realtor in Las Vegas. We consider ourselves fortunate for the privilege of having her as our REALTOR in the selling of our home in Las Vegas. She was an excellent agent that exercised patience, diligence and extensive knowledge/experience in staging and promoting our home for viewi g by potential buyers. It was a pleasure to work with her as she relieved us of the heavy responsibility of preparing our home for sale. We moved out of State and Melania Sandra handled everything for us. When we came to visit, we were very surprised by the transformation. The house looked much more beautiful than when we lived in it. Because of her hardwork, we were able to sell our home faster and at a great price. Melania Sandra is an excellent Realtor that we highly recommend.

Melania helped us sell our house when my husband lost his job in Vegas after only working in the US for 18 months and we had to move back home to Canada. She was so informative (we didn't know much about real estate transactions in the USA) and so patient with us. She staged our home beautifully and got professional photos of our home. She helped us price our home by taking us to comparable homes in the neighbourhood and then advertised our house on multiple sites and got us THE IDEAL buyer! She helped us SO MUCH with tying up all of our affairs after we left the country because we had no one else to assist us. She went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND what anyone else would have ever done because she is so kind and SO PROFESSIONAL. We have never had a real estate agent offer us SO MUCH customer service, we couldn't believe it! If anyone is ever looking for an agent who works in the California or Nevada area, we would ABSOLUTELY recommend her 100%!

My friend who recently sold her home referred me to Melania when I needed a real estate agent. After my experience with her helping me sell my home, I understood why my friend so highly recommended Melania to me. She is definitely the best real estate agent I've ever met. Thanks to her understanding of the housing market, we priced the property right and had an accepted offer within 5 days after it was listed. I've worked with several other real estate agents when I've sold two homes in the past, but neither of them were as knowledgeable and helpful as Melania. She cares deeply about her clients and goes above and beyond to help them through the home selling process and much more. And where other agents would disappear after the transaction was over, Melania continued to follow-up and assist me even after closing.
