I been charged late fees and a repair bill totaling $217.00 . I have paid my rent on time on the 3 or four of each month. Im on social security income & retired. Las Vegas Nevada Housing Authority has paid my rent each month. I paid Las Vegas Invest Real Estate extra in Im month of October and November of this year & they have not credited my account for the late fees and just stolen my extra money & used it for something else instead and now there saying Las Vegas invest real estate that have not paid my late fees. Dont trust this Real Estate for rent payments if ur late because they will not credit ur account, they will use the money for something else instead. Rent by law is due on the 5 of each month in Las Vegas Nevada not on the first of the month thats impossible for senior citizens and disability people be we get our check on the 3 & 4 of each month which makes you impossible to pay the rent on the first of each month for us people.
