Tammie was a blessing in the process of buying a home. My wife and I were looking to relocate from California and literally couldn't find a local realtor to simply call us back on a number of properties we were interested in. We happened upon Tammie's advertisement and immediately reached out to her. From the time she answered our call, it was apparent we were dealing with a seasoned professional. Long stort short... We contacted her Monday and met her Tuesday to view the original property we were interested in. We ended up being underwhelmed by said property and asked it there was any way possible for her to show us another property we were also interested in that was around the corner. Tammie followed us to the address and in real time was able to gain entry into the home. We immediately fell in love with the space and made the decision to move forward with making it our home. Here we are, midday Thursday. Lease signed, deposit made, and have a move in date of August 1st.
