I had the pleasure of working with Allision through a very trying time in my life. Both my parents needed to be put into long term care facilities. I needed to sell all their property from out of state. Not only did we get top dollar for their home, Allison also coordinated all the repairs as well as the Estate sale for my parents personal property. Everything went perfectly. Wanting to relocate to Las Vegas from Missouri, yet knowing nothing about the area, I searched online for a knowledgeable real estate agent. After seeing all the raving reviews for Allison Jung, I chose her and am very thankful I did! When you meet a real estate agent, you expect a professional. Not only was Allison professional, she became a friend. In addition to being very helpful in educating me about the Las Vegas areas in general, she was able to pinpoint specific 55+ communities that would meet all of the items on my wish list. She was patient & kind, listening to all my needs and available during my entire search process. I cannot thank her enough for her time and positive energy. In the end, I decided to relocate in a different state and when I informed Allison of my decision, she was as elated as I was that I had found a place to call home. We found Allison while watching YouTube videos of Henderson, NV. We were out of state and looking for a property blind. Allisons ability to take and narrate potential homes on video and point out all of the things as a buyer we were looking for, saved us numerous cross country trips. Allison was patient and answered all of our concerns. Allison made the process extremely smooth and we highly recommend that you give her a call.

When ready to sell my units, I searched my community for recent sales at the highest prices. Allison had brokered those deals so I called her and was able to video chat immediately. She was able to assess the units as soon as renters were out, facilitate the prep with vendors, cleaners, painters etc. I am a remote owner and she happily worked with my local help to get things ready for sale and assess a fair price.
