I finally got my heat fixed yesterday after waiting nine days without it. My numerous requests were mishandled and ignored by uneducated employees who don't care obviously. They sent me a text message on Friday to call a repair company that was closed on weekends. All I got was an empty I'm sorry... they didn't have to live in a 63 degree apartment. My dog even suffered!

We moved from Florida to Vegas about two months ago. I knew from day one the realtor (Theresa Tordjman) was going to be an issue. She was rude at times and very pushy. Being who we are we figured things would get better. We flew in a couple of times to look at homes and to be sure that we understood the areas of Vegas. The realtor was no help. After all, said and done we found a home but literally had to go through the hell of a Berkshire Hathaway employee to get to the finish line. We were haunted by ignorance and disinformation for sure.After closing I called her manager and let him know about some of the things we went through. He seemed as if he didn't want to hear it and never followed up. I would suggest that if you are going to spend about 7 digits on a home you find another real estate company. Such a horrible experience for my wife and I. Incompetent to say the least!!

Me and my Fianc tried to rent a house from Berkshire Hathaway. Horrible experience!! We called Dina at their From there Twain office hone services!! Anyway SHE did not disclose ALL the fees before we applied!! WHY??? 75.00 each for Credit Report!! 350.00 cleaning fee 500.00 Dog fee 1st and Last month Only 1 year lease ALL NONE REFUNDABLE!!! All fee goes to Berkshire Hathaway!! Not the owner!!!! The worst RIP OFF. Dont ever try to RENT from this company!!! Christine Fox

In Late November 2021, I Got a New Agent from this Office who was totally incompetent when I came to selling my home. Which was my first time selling a home in Nevada in order to relocate to another state. Everything was Very Stressful From start to finish. I was rushed into choosing an investor, who I believe was already in place, before the home hit the market. The agent would text when she should've called, important emails were not sent in timely manner, days later causing serious issues, the list goes on and on. But if this is what they have to offer, I would never use this company again. I went with Berkshire Hathaway because, I am a Warren Buffet fan and his work ethics, which doesn't hold for his company employees.  I also called the office the agent was listed at and the manager waited a week to call back. By then I didn't want to say anything else to these people. I have now made to my new state and have time to think about all that transpired last month and I still feel, that when selling a home the agent should not compare themselves selling their personal home to the assisting selling a home.

Least professional realtors in the industry, One tool scheduled an appointment to view a house and no showed and Delinda Crampton takes the award for most unethical...She withheld important pricing from her clients to save her commission and cost her clients $1,000.00.'s She also decided to take a vacation during crucial closing time, costing the deal to be delayed! DO NOT reward her with any business! She gives used car salesmen a good name!
