As a real estate agent myself, I was able to work with Laura Parker who was professional and excellent in helping our mutual clients find a home. Laura was communicative, easy to get a hold-of, and very knowledgable about the local markets and areas. I knew my clients were in good hands with her as an expert of the Las Vegas greater area. The transaction was a 1031 exchange, which can be a challenge with designated timelines, but Laura handled it seamlessly. She made sure all parties were kept up to date, and successfully closed on the replacement property. My clients were very happy with her services, and so am I. I had my house listed with another agent for 7 months with tons of showings but no offers besides lowball investors. I left that agent & switched to Natasha. She helped us change some things around the house and had suggestions to help stage the home to where it was more appealing. She got us amazing photos, 3d walkthroughs, floor plan layout. She was at every single showing. The house was sold in 1/3 of the time which it was listed with the previous agent. The difference between her & the previous agent were incomparable. I cant express how thankful I am for the effort she put forth. I thought all agents were the same & all they did was list the house on MLS, but I couldnt have been more wrong.
