I worked with James Dirig and I just wish I could give him 10 stars on a scale of 5! James masterfully guided me through a purchase 1 1/2 years ago, saving me $17K in the process. And he just now guided me through a sale of that same house getting me top dollar. He has unparalleled knowledge of the local market as well as the Real Estate business in general. He is very easy to talk to and takes more than adequate time to explain things to me, or help me navigate through difficult parts of the process. He really is in a league of his own and you will be lucky to have him as your agent. James is very professional and guides his clients with integrity and class.

I struggle to write this because there is not enough words to tell you how AMAZING Joe Tinnel actually is. I was referred to Joe from a very good friend of mine who spoke so highly of his father's experience and relationship with Joe after and during the listing and sale of his house. Joe is one of a kind.. especially in las vegas. The professionalism, knowledge, care and compassion Joe has... let me tell ya he should have made millions off the sale of my house for how much he changed my life by being such a great person. HONESTLY!! Joe truly listened to all my concerns and represented me in my wants and needs like no other. Joe is very responsive, very knowledgeable as well as understanding and compassionate. This might sound crazy however Joe became like a true friend. So real and just incredible in all the situations that happened even little hiccups in having to wait to list the home until a specific date for good luck, then due to unforseen extremely important personal situations that came up he was still a Rockstar with listing and selling. Joe did his due diligence on actually seeing the value of my home and personal connection to it. He appreciated that and saw what others would see it too. When I said Joe all in LET'S DO THIS haha List my home at this price and if it don't happen...... well we tried if it does then shoot we win. WE WON!!! My home valued on zillow for about $60,000 less then what Joe listed and in 3 days sold it for. Joe is the dream realtor.
