Not the best realty in Vegas that’s forsure. Told them me and my woman liked a house they showed us that was in our budget, had enough rooms and bathrooms and big land. They told me we couldn’t get it because they didn’t accept “home assisting” and didn’t ask me if we wanted to go conventional or keep using home assisting. Ended up showing us a house that their friend was selling and they were getting commission on, kept forcing that house on us. It was nice but wasn’t exactly what we wanted. Turns out their friend wasn’t accepting home assisting either and told us afterwards that they changed our home assisting program to conventional. Why didn’t they offer us to change to conventional when we asked them about the first house we wanted? Why? Because they wanted commission off their friends house. Definitelty won’t be using them ever again. There are many other companies that will help you get exactly what you want or help get you something close to what you want and not sell a property just to get commission.
