      Quite frankly you have no clue what you are talking about. I know you were not there, because the only people in that room were Brokers. I can assume you are not one, because if you were , you would know that posting a review (like this one)about how a business was forced to handle an avoidable problem would DAMAGE the 585 hardworking agents that call our company home. You just simply would not have done it.
