        Unprofessional and rude. A final walkthrough was never scheduled and you just send out a refund for $62 out of a $3500 deposit and now will not respond or communicate at all when proof of damage is being requested??!!! How can you treat people like this and think they will be ok and not report you? How can 1 tree trimming cost almost $1,000?????

        Met with Diane K. to view a property in Searchlight, NV. 'Unprofessional' isn't strong enough of a word to describe this lady. Put off by her poor bedside manner and upon telling her that I wouldn't use her as a buyer's agent to view other properties, she called me a jack*** in front of my family. Zero stars.
