This company is the best possible landlords I could hope for. Any repairs that become necessary are immediately sent to competent companies that address the issue in a more than timely manner. A wonderful Handyman is retained by the company for smaller repairs and he is very dedicated to helping tenants. He recently dropped everything on a holiday weekend and drove across town from Henderson to Summerlin South to address an external water leak on the property that could have cost me thousands in a water bill. The companies website is a great resource for reporting issues or paying rent from the comfort of home. In over 30 years of residence in Las Vegas this is hands down the best rental company I have ever used. Wonderful people on staff.

Dennis and his team at Choice Real Estate & Rentals have gone above and beyond to make my past year of renting with them enjoyable & stress free. If you call, they answer , or are quick to return your call, if something needs repair, they send someone right away, if something needs to be replaced they replace ( even during the most inconvenient times holidays) Honest people with integrity who actually take care of the property & make the tenant is happy too . I've been renting a home in North Las Vegas since June of 2022. Dealing with Choice Real Estate & Rentals has been one of the most troubling rental experiences of my life (topped only by a property manager years ago with an obvious substance abuse problem). Dennis (property manager) has been an immense PITA since I moved into the home. I have photos and videos showing the move-in condition of the home which was not cleaned before move-in. Dennis has admitted several times on video (see below) that the house was not cleaned. He even stated that he always arranges professional cleaning on his properties before tenants move in; however, he could not articulate a reason why he discriminately neglected to have my house cleaned before I picked up keys (laziness, incompetence, racial bias, who knows?) When asked why on several instance, his response is for personal reasons "[he doesn't] want to discuss." Frustratingly, he maintains in email conversations that the home was cleaned prior to move-in and that I would need to clean it before moving out to avoid withholdings of my security deposit. This is the inconsistent with the content in the last video. The owners' dogs had soiled the carpeted office space. The carpet and pad were eventually replaced, but not without a lot of resistance from Dennis. The locksmith refused to replace the deadbolt due to "not having the right tools for it". He left the lock unchanged because the lock "should be good as is". Unreliable service on maintenance requests on two occasions dealing with Hi Desert Appliances for dishwasher repairs. Renters and homeowners, avoid Choice Real Estate like it's contagious.
