Kamran Zand

We met Kamran Zand about six years ago. I have seen him and his team go to work in every aspect of the field: purchases, sales, and leases with LLCs and trusts involved. They definitely have something others dont! They have eliminated the extra work and shown us what it means to have people working for you! He does things the right way, and the people who work for him work equally hard to accommodate their clients and care for everything from start to finish. I wish we could carry this team with us across every other transaction.

Kamran and his team went above and beyond helping us prepare and sell our property. When we were unable, they coordinated vendors and service providers during the pre-sale process and maintained a superior level of professionalism the entire time.

Choices I dont consider myself a serial entrepreneur and never have. I fail too much for that. I consider myself an architect, able to serially develop relationships. By Gods grace, I have been able to cultivate relationships with the best of the best over many years. And the fruits of one particular relationship, have allowed Mary Ann and I more choices than any other. I have known Kamran Zand now since 2016. In that time he and his team have successfully guided my wife and I through now our 4th home sale, in 8 years. His ability to quickly sell our homes, and at top of the market prices, have given us the ability to choose. In 2020 we chose to buy a beach house in Newport Beach. Today we closed with Kamrans Team on our fourth home sale in Nevada. As fate would have it, I received a call today, from someone I have not spoken to in almost 3 years. And it re-ignited a dream I felt sure had faded into the gray. I received a call on an opportunity to buy ocean view land in Maui. Now I have no idea whether Mary Ann and I will act on that opportunity. But were it not for Kamran and his team, guiding this extensive remodel for over 2 years, being present for shipments of materials and overseeing construction while we were across the country in Florida, and leveraging his personal relationships to find the right buyer - we wouldnt have a choice. We would have an opportunity. And I leave everyone with this. Every relationship is a choice. Some leave you with the ability to act. Some leave you with the ability to consider. Some leave you with the ability to regret. My most humble respect, admiration, and appreciation to Kamran, Eric, and his entire team. You have yet again, given Mary Ann and I the most cherished of gifts. The ability to choose the direction of our next chapter in life.
