Would be incredible if you could get anyone on the phone. Especially when they miss a house showing at a scheduled time. I found a house that this company was listing on Zillow and it took me following up with them to get a phone call, only to schedule a walk through and to be stood up. Susan and I agreed to met at 3/4pm on Thursday the 30th, she said she would be giving me a phone call and we would meet. 4pm came around and I still had not heard from her so I called and all I get is voicemail. No one in walkthrough's picks up the phone either. It's the next day and I still have received no phone call, or an explanation as to why I was stood up. Go somewhere else, this place will just waste your time.

If I could give them a zero stars, I would. They left my parents without A/C during the hot Las Vegas summer and without the heater in the winter for almost a year. We called constantly and wouldn't get resolutions. How inhumane and inconsiderate of the maintenance manager.

Honestly I wish I could give them zero stars. This is such a sorry company to call themselves property maintenence. My parents have paid these people on time every month for over 7 years now. They started having A/C problems and left my elderly parents without A/C in weather that was over 100°F. This started in June and they still haven't called or showed up to fix anything and we're in November. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in the maintenance department. Now my parents need the heater, especially for my dad's arthritis, and Resys Real Estate still doesn't respond to our emails or voice-mails. Do not trust this company.

ZERO * Never Ever Rent from this company. I worked here and I know....They don't typically use licensed workers. They use Paula's (in Repair dept.) Husband and son, which often can not resolve repair issues. They don't do a walk through at move out, they have a cleaning service do this days after you move.. No wonder renters don't get their deposits refunded. Many of their landlords are slumlords... I had surgery came back 5 days later and found my receptionist position was filled by May's neice. I was moved to maintenance for which I'm not experienced and without my agreement. Needless to say we agreed to terminate my position. Good Riddance.
