        The rent is affordable. On Wed.Dec.15th we received a notice on our doors inspection starts Fri.17th.We were told 5 days notice when u sign ur lease.another broken agreement.They don't care,that people in their 60s & 70s can afford $150 for next day service with a 8ft ladder to clean vents Vans and exhaust.. No one showed up on Fri.17th.I don't get it.they just put a notice on my door today the 20th dated the 17th they back date every thing to look good.Once again inspection on Wed.22nd
